Make Your Event Content Actually Stick.
Live coaching sessions that help attendees integrate what you're teaching in real-time, so they leave with results instead of just notebooks full of ideas.

Your event was powerful. The content was solid. People left inspired. Then Monday morning hit.
They went home overwhelmed. The notebook full of insights sat on the shelf. The breakthroughs they had during your workshop faded. Three weeks later, nothing changed in their lives.
This isn't a failure of your content. It's a failure of integration.
You can deliver the best workshop, the most transformational retreat, the most valuable mastermind in the world. But if people can't integrate what you're teaching them in real-time, they'll walk away inspired and do nothing with it.
The gap between inspiration and implementation is where transformation dies.
Most event hosts focus entirely on delivery: great content, powerful speakers, compelling exercises. But they miss the integration layer that actually makes the content stick.
That's where I come in. I'm not another speaker, I'm the specialist who helps your attendees overcome resistance and implement your content while they're still at your event.
I don't replace your content. I don't compete with your presentations. I embed into your event as the integration specialist who helps your attendees overcome resistance, process what's coming up, and actually use what you're teaching them.
You deliver the training. I make sure it lands.
Workshops mostly mean getting out of the office and having bagels. People get excited for a couple of days, and then nothing happens.
Executive quoted in Medium, "Why Workshops Don't Work"
My sister has attended events and enjoyed them immensely but in her case, I've seen no lasting change. There is certainly a high and euphoria in being in a group believing anything is possible. For most I imagine that diminishes.
Anonymous, discussing transformation events
For a few days, you will feel loved. For a few days, you will feel like you are enough, but it's not sustainable (unless you have figured out a pathway to change internally).

WHAT THIS IS
The Integration Layer Your Event Is Missing
I'm not another speaker. I'm not a presenter competing for stage time. I'm the integration specialist who helps your attendees actually receive and implement what you're teaching.
Here's how it works:
Before your event, we talk about your content, your goals, and where your attendees typically get stuck. I learn your material so I can reinforce it, not contradict it.
During your event, I run group coaching sessions (30-60 minutes) spaced throughout the day between your lectures, workshops, or activities. These sessions help attendees:
- Overcome resistance to the information you're presenting
- Process what's coming up emotionally and mentally as they're learning
- Integrate insights in real-time instead of waiting until they get home
- Clear the blocks that keep them from implementing what you're teaching
Think of it as brain resets strategically placed throughout your event to keep people open, receptive, and ready to work instead of overwhelmed and shutting down. We identify resistance, we process it, we clear it. Fast. Effective. No fluff.
Your content becomes 10x more effective because people can actually receive it.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
OPTIONAL PRESENTATIONS
I can do short presentations on belief work and resistance to help attendees understand what's happening in their nervous system when they're learning. Example topics:
Why beliefs feel true (even when they're not)
How resistance shows up and what to do about it
The neuroscience of transformation
These aren't required. Some organizers prefer I stay in the background doing group sessions only. Others want the educational component so attendees understand the process.
WHO THIS IS FOR
✓ You're hosting a multi-day workshop, training, mastermind, or retreat
✓ You notice attendees get overwhelmed or shut down as the event progresses
✓ People leave inspired but struggle to implement what they learned when they get home
✓ Your content is transformational but requires people to confront their own resistance
✓ You want to differentiate your event with real integration support (not just more content)
✓ You're hosting plant medicine retreats and need integration support throughout (not just after)
✓ You're running high-ticket masterminds or leadership trainings where ROI matters
WHO THIS IS NOT FOR
✗ Your event is a single-day seminar with no breaks or downtime
✗ Your attendees aren't open to doing belief or somatic work
✗ You want someone to deliver content for you (I support your content, I don't replace it)
✗ Your event is purely informational with no expectation of behavior change
✗ You're not willing to give up 30-60 minutes of stage time for integration sessions
HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: Event Clarity Conversation
We talk about your event, your content, your attendees. I learn what you're trying to accomplish and where people typically get stuck. We determine if integration coaching is a fit for your event.
IDEAL EVENT TYPES
Masterminds & High-Ticket Events
Multi-day masterminds, high-ticket coaching programs, executive leadership retreats. Integration coaching adds massive value because attendees are investing heavily and expect real transformation, not just information. Group sessions help them process insights in real-time instead of getting overwhelmed by the intensity.
Plant Medicine Retreats
Ayahuasca retreats, psilocybin experiences, multi-day plant medicine work. Integration is critical for these events but usually happens only after the experience. I provide integration support throughout the retreat, helping participants process what's coming up before, during, and after ceremonies. This dramatically increases the effectiveness of the medicine work and reduces post-retreat overwhelm.
Trainings & Workshops
Business training workshops, creative workshops, personal development intensives, certification programs.
Anytime you're teaching skills or concepts that require behavior change, integration coaching helps participants actually implement what they're learning instead of just taking notes and forgetting everything by Monday.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes. That's the point. If your attendees are overwhelmed and can't integrate what you're teaching, more content doesn't help. Integration sessions provides relief and makes your existing content 10x more effective by ensuring people can actually receive it and use it.
t depends on the length and format of your event. For a 3-day workshop, I typically run 2-3 sessions per day (30-60 min each). For weekend retreats, 1-2 sessions per day. For plant medicine work, sessions are scheduled around ceremony timing.
Yes. I need to know what you're teaching and where people typically get stuck so I can reinforce your content and help attendees overcome the specific blocks that show up. That's why we do pre-event collaboration.
Yes. I've worked with groups ranging from 10 people to 100+. For larger groups (50+), we may need to adjust session length or break into smaller breakout groups for deeper work.
That's fine. I introduce the work in a way that's accessible and non-threatening. Most people have never done somatic processing before. I guide them through it. The worksheets make it easy to follow.
Yes. Integration sessions work well in virtual format. We use breakout rooms for smaller group exercises and main room for full-group processing. The principles are the same whether in-person or virtual.
Breaks let people rest. Integration sessions actively help people process what's coming up so they can receive more of your content. Most people use breaks to check email or zone out. Integration sessions are structured work that clears resistance and overwhelm in real-time.
If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, full refund minus any prep work completed. 15-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund (I've blocked that time for your event and turned down other work).

Brandon held a clear, easy, grounded space for me to move through the process. When I came to a vulnerable space (that these shifts require), Brandon held a safe space for me to shift and transmute the energies and beliefs tied to my past. I feel liberated! The emotional charge was cleared, I feel more at peace.
KAC, PROFESSIONAL COACH
I enjoyed working with Brandon because he has a gentle relentlessness where he has a gift of making me feel 100% at ease and I know I could have told him the most outrageous thing and it would have been OK. It would serve you well to book some time with him.
JOHN, ENTREPRENEUR
Since he and I had our session, there's a layer of anger and cringe that's gone. I've had an extremely productive week. And then I know that time will tell how these changes will manifest going forward, as this was a deep belief about my interactions in the working world.
